Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of current trends, and experience in creating and executing successful campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media marketing strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic.
• Manage and maintain company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, blog posts, etc.) that aligns with brand voice and goals.
• Monitor social media trends, track competitor activities, and stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools and trends.
• Develop social media campaigns that support brand initiatives and promote new products or services.
• Measure the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and visually appealing posts and ads.
• Run paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to enhance brand visibility and drive targeted traffic.
• Organize and execute online contests, giveaways, and other promotional events to boost brand engagement.
• Track and manage social media budgets and optimize advertising spend.
• Maintain social media content calendars and ensure timely posting of content.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to the marketing team and management.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
• Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads).
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to various tones and styles.
• Strong analytical skills to assess social media metrics and campaign performance.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Knowledge of video marketing and live streaming on social media platforms.
• Experience with email marketing and integrating social media with email campaigns.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Understanding of social media SEO and optimizing profiles for discoverability.
